At ClevraBeautyCare, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our returns and refunds process as clear and fair as possible.


1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

If your order is cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.


2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (due to normal use or misuse)

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for unauthorised or non-compliant returns.


3. How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Returned items must include the order number and shipping name inside the package to ensure timely processing.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are only covered by us if the item arrives damaged or defective


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

If approved:

  • Refunds may take up to 40 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If you do not see the refund after confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


6. Currency & Fees

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) as per the original transaction.
Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by their bank or payment provider.


7. Product Use & Safety

We encourage customers to use all products safely and in accordance with the provided instructions and guidance available on our website.

We cannot be held responsible for damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from improper use. Any refunds or replacements related to misuse are granted at our discretion.

If you experience irritation or discomfort while using a product, discontinue use immediately and contact us for support.


8. Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to minimise damage during transit.

An item is considered damaged if it arrives:

  • Defective

  • Physically broken

Minor shipping packaging damage (such as dented boxes) without product damage does not qualify as a damaged item.

To report a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the damage

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Delivery issues should be raised directly with the courier
